Wicks & Martin are proud to say that we have achieved approved ISO 9001 accreditation since 2008.

We do hold a Quality Manual but also an extensive documented Quality Management System covering everything from Enquiries and Quotations to customer satisfaction, which are defined in Works Instructions.

The QMS details the company’s structure, procedures and resources which are continually monitored to satisfy the needs and expectations of all interested parties.

All measuring equipment that requires calibration is always certified by a UKAS accredited company; this includes a Tensile Test Machine.

Traceability is of great importance and is followed all the way through the system.

Health, safety, Human Resources and Employment Policies are kept up to date and adhered to.

Risks are assessed and Cyber-attack safeguards are in place.

First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR’s) are carried out at the request of the customer.
